No Crystal Ball…. But Change Is Gonna Come.
As far as real estate is concerned, agents will have to keep up with the fast-paced changes in the industry and locally. The Pandemic has created many alternatives that we have adapted to and learned to live with currently. Some of these like virtual property showings and open houses will most likely remain and are very efficient. The future, however, will still reap the ramifications of this Covid-19 that we have no concept of at this time. Will the market increase or decrease? 
Will there be more homes for sale driving a buyer’s market and lower prices? Will homeowners modify there financials to lower debt and exposure? The town of Parker Colorado started off the stay safe at home with street seemingly deserted and was following the new rules suggested by authorities. Slowly people started to see that walking outside with family was pretty nice. Those that lost jobs thought maybe it was time to take a needed break. Slowly but surely shopping at King Soopers with masks on was easy and kind of funny too. The one thing you can count on is that I and many other agents (a select few) will be there to assist you with all your real estate needs and professional consultation. Take care and stay safe.
